Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts for digital products and commissioned work between BreSign Visuals GbR and its customers.

2. Formation of contract

Completing the order places a binding offer. The contract comes into force with our order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices. Payment runs through PayPal. Voucher codes can be redeemed once each, cannot be combined and cannot be paid out.

4. Delivery

Files are provided right after payment on a personal download page. The link stays valid for 30 days.

5. Withdrawal for digital content

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal, see the withdrawal notice. For digital content it expires once we have begun performing the contract after you expressly agreed that we may begin before the withdrawal period ends, confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this to you by email. You can declare withdrawal online at any time via "Withdraw from contract".

6. Rights of use

You get a simple right of use, unlimited in time and place, for private and commercial purposes. Reselling or passing on the file as a design is not permitted.

7. Commissioned work

Scope, revision rounds, price and deadline are agreed in writing beforehand. Rights of use transfer on full payment.
