Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts for digital products and commissioned work between BreSign Visuals GbR and its customers.

2. Formation of contract

Completing the order places a binding offer. The contract comes into force with our order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices. Payment runs through PayPal. Voucher codes can be redeemed once each, cannot be combined and cannot be paid out.

4. Delivery

Files are provided right after payment on a personal download page. The link stays valid for 30 days.

5. Withdrawal for digital content

By buying you ask for the immediate download and agree that your right of withdrawal ends once the file is provided.

6. Rights of use

You get a simple right of use, unlimited in time and place, for private and commercial purposes. Reselling or passing on the file as a design is not permitted.

7. Commissioned work

Scope, revision rounds, price and deadline are agreed in writing beforehand. Rights of use transfer on full payment.
