What we process
When you visit: IP address, date and time, page requested (server log files). When you write to us: name, email and your text. When you order: name, email, purchase data and the voucher code you used.
Purpose and legal basis
Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for orders and downloads, legitimate interest (f) for secure operation, consent (a) for the live chat and the PayPal integration.
Cookies
We set a session cookie for sign-in and cart, one for your chosen language and one that stores your cookie choice. Chat and PayPal cookies are only set after you agree.
Third-party services
Live chat via Tawk.to (Tawk.to Inc., USA) and payments via PayPal (PayPal S.à r.l., Luxembourg). Loading these services transmits your IP address to the provider. Both load only after your consent.
Email delivery
Form messages and order confirmations are sent through an SMTP server, which transmits the content and the sender address.
How long we keep data
Order data is kept for the statutory periods; enquiries are deleted once they are handled.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
